Tour: Grocery Store

Event Description: Join our Health Coach, Tina, for an informative and enjoyable tour of the healthier (and not so healthy) options and avenues at a local grocery store. Allow 1-1.5 hours for the class. Space is limited to ensure a personal experience. This is an educational trip, not a time for personal shopping. Feel free to shop after the tour is completed. Meet Tina at Knapp Corner Meijer (South entrance - at the beginning of the produce section). Bring supplies for taking notes (a clipboard works best), questions and an open mind!
